#72Isn’t it possible that their policy has changed?Originally posted by bubbaAt 1 time years ago, I was told I am not bitcoin exclusive due to book to book transfers (so I stopped doing them)
For example, I just confirmed with them over chat that my account is considered bitcoin exclusive. Yet I never went through that ridiculous process they are outlining for people to covert over today. So something obviously changed there at some point.Comment -

#73same for me. I even made use of some sportsbook to sportsbook transfers occasionally, but according to the chat support, my account is still considered as "Bitcoin exclusive".Originally posted by DontTailMeFor example, I just confirmed with them over chat that my account is considered bitcoin exclusive. I don't think I ever got a BTC payout in less than three days though (and exclusive accounts are supposed to get quicker withdrawals), so maybe they just mixed things up.Comment -

#75What an absolute joke 5d is. I've made 99% of all my deposits (tens of thousands over the last year) exclusively in btc. Made one single cc deposit of a couple hundred bucks one time because my btc acct was frozen, and now they're telling me I'm not btc exclusive because of that and there's nothing they can do. That 3% will probably be over a thousand bucks after NBA futures resolve and they want to stick me with that or jump through a bunch of hoops (and guarantee either losing or paying a bunch of payout fees for their ridiculous 3 deposit scheme).
Never playing with them again after I get all my money out.Comment -

#76Situations like this is why they should change the technicalities. Ridiculous.Originally posted by hank_kingsleyWhat an absolute joke 5d is. #77I hope someone from SBR can contact 5dimes and clarify what their policy actually is. The official 5dimes twitter account is saying that you do not have to run the balance down to zero between each of the 3 deposits.
https://twitter.com/5DimesSB/status/1280959972399030272?s=20
But multiple people on twitter and in forums (including me) have been told by their chat agents that you do have to run the balance down to zero by either losing or requesting payouts in between each deposit. And of course each time you request payout they force you to pay the 3% because you're not btc exclusive yet so you're shafted either way.
Forcing someone to make 3 deposits is shitty, but forcing them to make 3 deposits and play it down to zero each time is even shittier.Comment -

#79It really is BS that they can implement a 3% withdrawal fee while you're waiting for your future bets to grade. You likely would have placed those bets elsewhere if they told you they were going to chop 3% off the top. Nevermind the fact that they only gave everyone a few days notice. Future holders should be granted some sort of exception.Originally posted by hank_kingsleyWhat an absolute joke 5d is. #80Will they still have 1 free withdrawl a month? If yes, and you can get a free check (or bitcoin) then its not that bad (for 99% of customers). Those with large balances are screwed thoughOriginally posted by DontTailMeIt really is BS that they can implement a 3% withdrawal fee while you're waiting for your future bets to grade. #81Yes, you can still get a free check every month. Just requested one yesterday and the fee was waived.Originally posted by bubbaWill they still have 1 free withdrawl a month? #82If there is a workaround for people in this predicament, then I’m less worked up about it. But yeah, people with large balances might still be screwed. 5Dimes really should work something out in those cases.Originally posted by HedgeHogYes, you can still get a free check every month. #84Yes to your first question. I requested the check last Thursday and got it yesterday (2 business days). 5D has been consistent in getting checks out in 2 or 3 business days, at least in my experience.Originally posted by mfinsWhen requesting a check *******************?
