This happened to me today on bovada. I will be filing a complaint. This seems to be what they are doing in purpose.

Bovada slots

It appears Bovada keeps disconnecting players during BONUS slot spins. Please post here and what they are doing about it. I am still waiting on a resolution. I had $7.5 spins/ already won $40 with 7 free spins remaining when the slots suddenly disconnected me.

Bovada is probably making 50k per minute on poker rake alone, you really think they care about the few hundred you might have won at slots IF your game wasn't disconnected?

If you play online disconnections are bound to happen, a slots player will always think that was the "big spin" that would have made him rich.

I was playing $200 a hand at blackjack a couple months ago and they started having site issues all night. It happens.

Was this real time gaming software? Which slot? I haven’t played at bovada/bodog since it was only bodog but if I recall correctly Bovada purchased the software outright but by doing so there were some drawbacks like support and updates. Not exactly sure since I haven’t played there in 10+ years.

That explains everything, Bovada owns the source code to RTG and “develops” their own games from it. The player ended up getting a $125 comp on a $2 spin. This is shady as hell. 5Dimes uses RTG software but theirs is legitimate, no source code alteration. It’s slow as molasses but it does work correctly.

that sounds shady. they seem to admit the shadiness with $125 comp on the $2 spin.

They were able to find my machine and re set it, issue resolved from Bovada. I always respects bovada and they seem to resolve issues.

like that bovada did that. shows proper ownership of issue.
