Haven't played at Betmania...Stopped playing at BetPhoenix after they removed a freeplay from my account.
They offered a 100% casino and sports freeplay. I deposited $500 and the sports freeplay was added to my account. Lost the $500 deposit, and then checked in with CS to see where the casino freeplay was. They then told me my account was not eligible for freeplays as it was in a plus position. They then removed the $500 sports freeplay (which i had not wagered yet) from my account. Since then they often email me with other freeplay offers which obviously I would not be eligible for. I do understand the rule about accounts being plus...but shouldn't it be their job to keep track of that, and not give out freeplays, accept deposits based on that and then remove them??? Wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.Comment
