Betjamaica bet limit when buy points

Anyone else have a 1000 dollar limit when buying any points?

So anyone else from betjamaica having this limit? I've been betting jm for 8 months now to win 100 a series. Recently Ive pushed up to 250 a series and I could be wrong but I never noticed a 1000 limit when I was buying points. Basically, with 1000 limit they have effectively knocked me back down to 100.
