Bet90 bet voided after winning

Hi,

February the 13th I did place a special bet which it is called. I did get 1,68 times my bet size (140 euro) if St Etienne went to next round and juventus went to next round.St etienne eliminated epinal and juventus won the first match but second got postponed because of corona ( then i got mail from bet90 that i could choose to cancel the bet and get a freebet but i didnt do that off course) and my bet did stay open and was finally played yesterday and because of draw yesterday they went to the next round too. So my bet was won but did stay open.I tould bet90 that my bet was won but still open. Tommorow my bet was canceled. they showed me link to bet90 rules and said that match played on other date will be voided. I looked up the rules and closest to relevant rules was 12. I sent an email about that i did disagree but the custumor lady did reply fast that this was the decision they made.

12. ( but that is for abandoned which means started but not finished match and not postponed like this was and my bet was open for months for a reason and i got option to choose there offer which I didn't do. What they did does not make sense to me, also i can't find it in the rules.
I feel a bit bad by complaining but I think they are wrong and it doesn't make any sense to me.

All match markets are based on the result at the end of the regular time. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or a golden goal.

An exception is made when this rule relates to friendly matches. In such cases, all match markets are settled based on the actual result at the end of the game (excluding any extra time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.

Some Soccer matches may have different playing schedules. In that case the following will apply:

90 minutes scheduled play (3 x 30 minutes). Full-time bets are still considered valid. Half-time bets are considered void.

80 minutes scheduled play (2 x 40 minutes). All bets are still considered valid.

Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then bets will stand provided the wager is placed not later than the revised kick-off time.

All bets on a match abandoned before the completion of the regular time will be void unless the match is rearranged and played on the same date (local time) or stated otherwise in the rules, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined.

If the game does not take place as scheduled and is not played on the same date (local time) all bets are void. An exception is made if incorrect kick-off time is announced on our website.

If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets based on the original listing will be void.

Bets will stand if we list a team name without specifying the term 'XI' in the name.

In the absence of an official source, or when significant conflicting evidence is present, bets will be settled based on our own statistics."

That rule is fairly normal, but it sounds weird they would have offered you the freeplay if it was already known this match date would be changed.

Is that correct? was it already known the match would not be played on the correct date at the time of that freeplay offer? Or was it still an unknown at that time?



Maybe copy/paste the conversation you had with them about the freeplay? that may help understand whats gone on.

Hi, Thanks for the info I didn't see it.
They give me the offer and i didn't respond.( very low offer with 25 euro freebet)
If it in the rules like you showed I have quite rest but I don't understand why bet was open for months+offer.
Fair to say I have now money back 140+ 50 freebet for inconvenience as they did call it (altrough 1,68*140 would be 235.2)
I was chearing after Juventus match lol but bet did stay open and after hour i tought lets contact bet90.
Under post you see email I deleted my name and his.

It sounds like they either did not know their own rule, or did not think it would apply to this match for some reason, to have made that bet cancel offer.


I guess you did a little better by waiting it out, but agree it is hard to understand inview of that cancel offer.

Copying went a bit messy but at the bottom you see mail. Now I think of it maybe they did mean cancel money + 25 euro freebet but they didn't say it explicit like this.The mail was sent 13 march a month after first match of juventus and the 2nd would be played 1 or 2 weeks later( after first match on feb13) and wasn't so 13 march ( email send) is couple weeks after decision italy goverment to postpone football.
Why they didn't just void when it would be in the rules and asked( i ignored) and then bet open for months till I contacted after Juventus result I dont know.
