every accepted bet has grade time expire limit, after that it either have to be granted , voided, push or whatever .
usually it 3 days, some books have 7 days, i think i have seen it 3 months...
you wanna either search under their rules under bet settlement what is their time for bet settlement or ask in chat or whatever is contacting option.
so wants you know time, you can wait for result, if result won`t satisfy you, you can appeal.

you can looked for named source for their bet settlement as well , like what is their official result source, should be mentioned under rules as well as well they should just tell you if you ask.
