I have used this bookie for a number of years with no issues
However, I am now waiting to receive €1900 for over 3 weeks
Initially they said due to COVID 19, withdrawals were delayed
Then, after two weeks and many emails, I finally see that the withdrawal has changed to ‘processed’
A further week after this I am still waiting for my funds to arrive via bank transfer (they insist on bank transfer)
I’ve asked for a screenshot or a transfer reference number on a couple of occasions, however the request hasn’t been fulfilled as they are waiting on information ‘from another department’
I should add that this money was won fairly on sports bets using deposited money.
What can I do from here?
