I always played here they payout very fast first issue I ever had with them contacted them thru chat addressed the situation with them and wager still not graded I got ticket number and screen shots of the wagers both won and is still pending three hours latter I would expect more from a grade a book let's go fellas

Are they live wagers? That could be an issue with their vendor

I have noticed that wagers made via the Soccer plus section esp the smaller leagues take longer to grade. Sometimes pre Corona I put together crazy chalk parlays with 50 teams like all over 1 goals and they would take a good bit of time to grade BUT they always did within 24 hours or so. The regular sports side on the soccer would grade near instant on same games so maybe the provider on the soccer plus is differnt

Could have easily been a good reason, like a delay in official results for example.

For a few years now, I've always just given sportsbooks a 2-day grace period for grading all wagers before I start to worry about them. I figure if I NEED the money right away, then I shouldn't be betting that large...or at all. This approach removes a lot of stress from my life.

Live wagering is not graded by them, at least that's how I understand it. If there is a delay, it is on the vendor
