Nitrogen sports madden Sims

I placed a bet on the Bears/Lions over 37.5... The maddens sims have always been 10 minutes. I bet under that assumption. I did not know that.. They switched the game to 8 minute quarters with an accelerated play clock. I did not know that and would not have but the over.. I emailed them in the 1st quarter of the game once i saw this and ask them to void my bet.. They basically told me no. I guess one link they have shows the 8 min quarters and how they switched it. I never saw that until midway thru the game. The other link they have is if you go to general rules then click on sports simulations. It clearly still says 10 min quarters.. I want my bet refunded. I will copy and paste the rules i see .


MADDEN NFL 20

Each quarter will run for 10 minutes of regulation time. The default Skill Level is set at All-Madden. The default Offensive Playbook is set at Team Specific. The default Defensive Playbook is set at Team Specific. The default Even Teams under Playbooks is set at Off. The default NFL Live Playbook is set at Off. All Nitro Sims Madden NFL 20 matchups have the default Game Style set at Simulation. All games are set randomly for regular match-ups. However, Nitro Sims Madden NFL 20 will feature some games from Madden NFL 20 Tournaments created by Nitrogen Sports. Schedule and specific match-ups will be predetermined in this case.

they switched it and they did have a big banner saying that on home page. Now before you go bitching up a storm email them and BE NICE and ask for a manager to review and that you i'd say very high probability they will refund you the wager. The 1st tier CS is bad and is trained to say no. Ask for escalation to a manager nicely explain and you should be OK. You are giving false information. The banner was not up until the 2nd game..You are correct though. It us up now. I had multiple emails with them and they wouldnt help and said no in fact... BUT in the last email.. They did the right thing and credited back.. I shouldnt have had to fight them about it. But they did do the right thing and acknowledged that their site was not updated properly. I 100% agree with you about the first wave of customer service.. In the end, yes they did the right thing. So i will shut up and give them their props lol

They actually left me with a decent free play as well.. I just noticed and actually offered to give it back because i only cared about my bitcoin. They told me to keep it.. So in the end they more than did the right thing.. Just wanted to update.. Shaky start but in the end they did more than enough to make it right
