Heritage does not permit bitcoin withdrawals if not deposited by bitcoin.

Anyone know why?

Because some people deposit with credit/debit card withdraw with bitcoin and charge back the original deposit

This is true for most books, not just heritage.

Some people treated offshore books as an anonymous crypto exchange and forced these type of rules on everyone.

I’ve had sizable bitcoin withdrawal from Bovada even after depositing with credit card. They do charge fees on the deposit but the withdrawals through bitcoin were never an issue. Last year I even requested a check but they encouraged me to do it through bitcoin instead and that got me going with crypto.
