After receiving a $25 free play I rolled over the bonus and then worked my way up so $1100 dollar after trying to withdraw I was told that I should not have received the free play...I didn't need there $25 bucks and the wasted my time on all the UFC fights Saturday and Wednesday had I know they were gonna screw me I would have just put up the cash myself

That’s a helluva run from $25 to $1100 but the title of your thread says it all. Let me ask you this, even if the free play was legitimate wouldn’t the winnings be capped at $250? Yes it was the super bowl AFC vs NFC free play thing...I would have had to made a deposit and certain wager back in Jan or Feb so this was something that never should have made it into my account...I honestly didn't know...But how did I play for 2 weeks roll it over like 6x to cash it out of bonus money to "real" money then bet another week and a half (3 1/2 total) without someone stopping me...I made my first withdrawal attempt and was told I need to send my I'd and proof of address still no one stopped this a week later on my 3rd try....I didn't need their $25 dollar I would have staked myself had I know with a lack of live sports thier mistake costed me a lot of money...and if all's I could cash out was $250 then give me that offer me something how are they gonna turn around and be like hey you can always despoit with your credit card... A few months back a few people came on here who had missed the deposit deadline on that same bonus and DSI were really flexible them. Can't promise anything on their behalf but if you are interested in depositing $250 now to play there they may honor the $250 max on that bonus as they did back then.
