I did quit betting for awhile after getting all my bet365 accounts banned for winning too much, however being bored in quarantine at home I started an account on gg.bet. Mostly because I'm also an Esports fan, and that website offers a ton of esports market as well as some of the normal sports markets.
I lost my first 1000$ pretty quickly because I'm a degen and kept betting on live 2k19 basketball, however my second deposit of 750$ I turned it into 7000$ in less than 1 week. I was thinking of withdrawing when I reach 10k however my account's betting limit starts to decrease. I could place max bet of 100-200$ at the start but now it's like 5-10$. And just as I want to withdraw, they sent me an email asking me to prove my identity.
First time they asked me to send 4 documents
1. One ID (I sent my passport)
2. Front and back pictures of 2 cards I used (DB **** 8667 and DB ** 7405)
3. The ID and the cards together
4. A selfie of me holding all the aforementioned pieces
So I complied. However because the cards I used are issued by Canadian banks, they are not exactly ************, but debit cards / bank access card. So they do not have my name on the cards. I thought that wouldn't be an issue since I also sent a copy of my ID but they did ask me to send more documents.
This time they need:
1. Photos of statements issued by the bank regarding the cards 7405 and 8667, each containing the following information : Card number, cardholder name, bank's details.
Here comes the next problem. In Canadian banks, card number do NOT appear on the statement, the reason being, since it's also the access card number, anyone who finds it can access your bank card. Also, because my 8667 card was gonna expire soon, they replaced it with a new access card last time I went to the bank. But either way, it's impossible for me to acquire the said document because it's simply something Canadian banks don't have.
So they are now asking me to send them 'proofs' that I'm the owner of both cards, I did go to my bank today and got some documents. I really don't know what I'm expecting at this point. Worst case scenario if they refuse to pay, I'll contact my bank and try to do a charge-back. Very disappointing experience for me so far.
Update : The verification has passed. However my withdraw requests are not getting proceeded.
