Casollo withdrawal pending for almost 6 months

Small withdrawals up to 500 EUR are usually processed within 4-6 weeks.

I think they struggle really bad during Corona times but as you can see on AskGamblers they still pay most of their customers. I'd not recommend requesting higher payouts though.

But as Lonnie says, they have been slow paying people for quite a while but do seem to come through in the end usually.

Might be worth asking them if you change the request to a smaller amount can they process it now.

When AskGamblers stopped the cooperation with Casollo, Casollo stopped to pay out.

I've been waiting for more than 4 months. Not one single reply to my emails. No call. Nothing.

I understand AG's position. On the other hand there was a Casollo rep who responded to some of the complaints and somehow it seemed to help the players to get their money out of this shitbook. Now that they are banned from AG, withdrawals seem to be completely frozen.

Did anybody else receive money from Casollo or CrownCas within the last 6 months?

Nope, I've been waiting since April 17 which equals 24 weeks.

The latest and only response I received during this time was on Aug 18. Sascha from Stage5 said: "We are on it"

I think that was it. If there are already people who have been waiting for almost a year, then there is not much of a reason to still be optimistic. No idea why this site is still online at all.

Last time I've recieved money from them 3 June. And they still didn't accept bets, they said that sportsbook is updating. But I think they didn't pay to their provider, because other books with this provider accept bets normal.

May I ask how long did you have to wait for that withdrawal and how much was it?

I wonder why this site is still up. Is there anyone who got paid recently?

In my case, they do not even pay 50 EUR. Yet I am still able to log into my account and they never told me that they won't honor my withdrawal. It's just that they've been completely ignoring my payout for more than 8 months.
