I had an issue in their online casino this morning, they did not pay out a 30-1 wager and I had to call in to try and sort it out. I was told that he forwarded it to the casino department but still nothing in my acct. What a pain.

Why in the world would you ever use BOL esports lines? They are the worst, most juiced lines around.

You can get -110/-110 on ESL pro matches on several books, BOL at -120/-120 or worse

They are the worst with esports. Twice I've had bets on csgo and a 2k basketball sim that I've won and after taking forever to grade, my wager is returned but not my winnings. I get the run around with cs to where I finally just give up after it's been "escalated". I have even sent in a complaint to sbr and no response.
Also, when you are trying to bet live, no matter how fast you do it.. It just hangs then not accepted. Then sometimes they have 20 dollar limits lol. Bovada I like way more, I just have some money on bol that I still use.
