Coming here because I am not sure what else to do. I have contacted BookMaker customer service since Monday regarding not being able to move money from the Poker account to Sports. I have gotten the run around over and over. Keep getting told my situation is getting elevated and will be resolved in the next day. Going on day 6 now and nothing! I keep getting told I will receive an email from a Supervisor regarding the status of the complaint and nothing. Spoke to Chris in customer service tonight and he basically told me there was nothing he could do, didn't know anything about my case and needed to contact customer service tomorrow.
I just want the damn money out of Poker and into the Sportsbook. I want to have the ability to freely transfer back and forth. I have close to $1500 in there and want to be able to play both Poker and Sports.
Any suggestions?? It's like customer service there is completely clueless and have no desire to help me. Just keep giving me the run around and passing it off to someone else.
