    BookMaker Sportsbook & Poker
    Coming here because I am not sure what else to do. I have contacted BookMaker customer service since Monday regarding not being able to move money from the Poker account to Sports. I have gotten the run around over and over. Keep getting told my situation is getting elevated and will be resolved in the next day. Going on day 6 now and nothing! I keep getting told I will receive an email from a Supervisor regarding the status of the complaint and nothing. Spoke to Chris in customer service tonight and he basically told me there was nothing he could do, didn't know anything about my case and needed to contact customer service tomorrow.

    I just want the damn money out of Poker and into the Sportsbook. I want to have the ability to freely transfer back and forth. I have close to $1500 in there and want to be able to play both Poker and Sports.

    Any suggestions?? It's like customer service there is completely clueless and have no desire to help me. Just keep giving me the run around and passing it off to someone else.

      Thanks for heads up. I was considering moving some funds over for poker. Think I will skip now. Not worth the potential hassle. Good luck getting your situation resolved.

            Americas Cardroom then. The only bad I have heard is that they have many bots.

            I dont play at bookmaker BUT some books have limits on transfers back and forth from poker and cap that.

              WPN with the Fabulous Poker skin.

              Not much point in using it though because you can get 27%+ rakeback at the other skins and none with Fab

                Contacted customer service this morning. Was told that there was nothing in my notes, no recollection of what I was talking about. Told me to give them 30 minutes and the supervisor would look into it and have a resolution.
                Just contacted customer service and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Said he would check with his supervisor, talked to his supervisor and they told me I need to contact them back on Monday, the people in charge of this were out of the office.

                THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!!!!!! I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. NOBODY HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE. DOES BOOKMAKER MANAGEMENT KNOW THIS IS GOING ON????

                  **RESOLVED**

                  I just spoke to Fred, who is a manager with BookMaker. Helped me with my issue right away and apologized for all of the miscommunication. This is why BookMaker is the best company around. There may be a speed bump here or there, like any site, but BookMaker always makes it right! Fred is the man, thank you BookMaker for fixing this issue and making it right!

                  BOOKMAKER IS THE BEST AROUND!!!
