You wager posts rules for simulation bets that if the channel goes off line then the game is paused. I had an issue with a sim game on 5dimes and couldn't find link to their rule page. I asked customer service and they were rude and advised I'll give you the rule that all bets are final.
The problem I have is the channel went off-line with about 3 minutes left in 1st period(hockey game) and when the channel went back online there was about 2 mins left in 2nd period. I just didn't feel right. I don't think I was cheated but should they not have rules posted and should the game not be paused. It doesn't make sense to me game is continued with no1 watching.
The sad thing is customer service was so rude and didn't even get what I was saying that I will not be using their site again.
