BOL Customer Service Garbage

One person wants my email. another wants my security question, another says i don't have a security question and then another guy wants my address. So... WHAT THE ACTUAL FK! Like just wtf?

I tell one guy I will answer the security question I have he says no he wants my name address email... um what?

BOL customer service can be frustrating at times, but I fail to see why this is such a problem. When I call my bank, they often ask me for different pieces of information to verify my identity on separate calls. But it's my information, so it's not that difficult to just give them what they need. I just answer their questions and move on.
