I guess my cash app BTC buying is disabled for sending to an 'unreputable' source lol.

What other easy options do US players have these days besides BTC?

No reputable books takes any of those payments. You can find sites that take them but I do not recommend playing there. I've seen some that even say they take Zelle.

You can buy bitcoins with those on localbitcoins or paxful. No legit offshore books will take those as payment options.

or like mike mentioned, use apple pay, paypal, etc to buy bitcoins on localbitcoins

You can just use your cashapp balance to buy BTC right in the app
