You will qualify as long as you opt in at BOL. However, they can pull this offer at any time, so you may not be able to register that close to the restart of major sports. Once a restart is announced, there's a good chance the offer will end and the opt-in removed.

It's very simple, as long as the promo is still listed on the website, you will get it. Even if it's 1 hour before the first game starts.

But, I can imagine they will take the promo offline after the pre-season of any sport starts. And if you deposit after they have taken the promo offline, then ofcourse you can't qualify.

In the terms there is no mention of NFL, but I emailed their support and they told me if none of the sports (NHL, NBA, MLB) re-start but the NFL does start, then NFL counts too for the promo.

This seems odd and badly worded...I deposited after asking if I qualified for the bonus. Was told I did. Then went on a run and almost doubled my balance. It would seem strange they would give me 20% on the highest amount my account was at the time.

I'd think the idea of highest balance over the period is that it keeps more people gambling, rather than just deposit and take the 20% interest like a bank account. So I expect you'll be paid on that balance as you expect.
