Unibet closes Account and confiscates full Balance without providing a Reason

All they told me is that they allege me of breaking the Terms and Conditions and that it was a decision of the management/security team. They have refused to tell me any specific information about what I supposedly did wrong. The classic excuses bookies make when they don't want to pay sb.

If you have sent in a complaint form we can try asking, but it sounds like they may be sus of your identity, in which case they normally wont discuss with us either.

I filed a complaint earlier today. It makes no sense to me why they would question my identity. I'm the person I claim to be and would even be willing to send them a confirmation from a notary or other local authority if necessary. I have never had any serious issues with other bookmakers. They have no right to just take my money. lol

They did the same to me. Even kept the 7 euros that was left in my account. They kept asking the same documents over and over again, sometimes speaking finnish, sometimes english. Very strange. Hopefully you get your money!

In NJ Unibet can't get away with confiscating account balances so they'll cut you to $25-50 on everything. Strictly a squares only book. Sharps or even semi sharps not welcome.

That is a myth.

If you fail KYC or set off flags that suggest you are trying to launder money or give false ID to a Jersey book, they will hold your money same as every other mainstream licensed book in the world. They have to.

In the US the player can file complaint with gaming enforcement if a book gives them the runaround on KYC docs. Offshore you have no recourse other than posting here and asking for help.

That's one of the few upsides of regulation. Unfortunately, I live in Germany, where the market is still in the process of getting regulated. I'll keep fighting for my money. It's not fair that they can take advantage of players this way without any recourse. If necessary, I'll reach out to the authorities who are involved in granting licenses and share my story with them.
