Ive gotten my last 7 btc payout requests denied from 5dimes all for 5k and they said low btc available to my withdraws and i feel like its stall tactic because they thought i was a degen who was gonna lose it all back. The live support guy who i was talking to was condescending and rude when i was explaining things he said because i deposited with a credit card and had no btc deposits since last year its not available for my account anymore. i deposited with my card and ran up the bankroll so why would i need to deposit more btc to get my payouts? i noticed most of the time my payouts for btc got declined btc went up in value like 20% in one day so thats a huge amount to lose.they have 10k daily unlimited btc withdraws stated on their payout page but they dont tell anyone of the process u have to go through to become an btc exclusive depositor which is needed to receive those payouts and they told me i wasnt allowed to become btc exlusive since i had 270 in futures bets. They allowed me weekly 5k withdraws but realistically you can get like 3 a month because of the delays between sending all the info they need.
