Bet Phoenix & Skybook new deposits policy after any w/drawls

I had made w/drawls from each sister SBs one with a profit and one with a loss so when I inquired re new deposits was informed that I was not eligible for the current promo FP etc UNLESS I was willing to agree to doubling the FP rollover offer.So the current x18 rollover would be a x36 rollover etc.I know YouWager doesn't have this policy but how about other SBs ?
This may be a moot point if they have to close down due to current issues....

I hope all books have a similar policy.

It would be a kick in the guts for the people who agreed to leave money there on promise of a bonus when sport resumes if they do not.

just to clarify that my scenario happened BEFORE all sports closed down and was an ongoing policy of BP and Skybook for at least a year and probably longer.
