So anyone who deposited after that date won't get any bonus for balance after that. Worse yet, they won't be able to withdraw any of that money deposited until after the 5x playthrough.
They are allowed to end the promotion period at any time based on the rules. That's fair. But not informing people is pretty shady IMO. After losing some money at BOL, I made a point to move money over there from other books due to the promo and now that money is locked.

Is this for Heritage or Betonline? I was credited correctly on both Betonline and Sportsbetting but Heritage shorted me by $80. I had exactly $5,000 in the account yesterday and they only gave me $920.

I think there was miscommunication between you and whoever you spoke with. They ended the promotion in June, meaning they stopped accepting new sign ups. But deposits should have been counted towards the balance up until 7/22 (some deposits on 7/22 didn't get counted because they had to start running their updates to be ready on the23rd.

If you were shorted, then there has to be some other explanation. You're aware that they took daily readings at 11:59 PM, right? So if you deposited at noon and bet it all on NFL futures at 1 PM, that deposit would not be counted towards your 20% bonus.

here is my story. I also opted in, played many bets (lost more than 3.000 usd), left my balance with 7,04 usd and never made payout in requested time frame. Fulfilled all conditions for this promo.

Yesterday I wanted to log in but could not. On chat was told they placed my country Slovenia on restricted list and closed my account.
They of course did not credit my 20% promo (should be more than 600 usd) and they don't want even now.

Furthermore they also don't want to pay my 7,04 usd balance. First was told on chat min. to pay out is 25 usd, later was told my balance could be forfeited if I use account from restricted country anyway. I COULD'T USE IT BECAUSE CAN NOT LOG IN.

So is this fair play?

If you lost and refunded account during the period without a pay out you got credited for both highest points.

There was no rule. I went broke several times and re-deposited.

My friend is having the same issue as you. They gave him $20 boost when his high balance at the end of May was $4800. He deposited $100 two weeks ago and had the same balance when baseball resumed. He sent an email to support in hopes that they would correct it.

That's $960 he should be getting and not $20

Looks like they corrected the mistake and I got my full bonus eventually. All my deposits hit before 11:59PM on the 22nd. They must've went through the deposits on the 22nd and credited them later, like you suggested. Happy ending for me.

I didn't even know about it. Was it for everyone or "selected" clients? Did you have to take any action, or was it supposed to apply to everyone that didn't withdraw? Obviously, I haven't received anything. as yet.
