Newbie here. Does anyone know if pending wagers will count for BOL or Heritage's 20% balance boost? There's no mention of it in the T&C's. Also, is the 20% promo also available at Wagerweb?
Thanks very much,

1) If you have no problem meeting rollover, then there's absolutely no reason not to take free bonus money.
2) A 5X rollover is incredibly small, even if it applied to your entire deposit + bonus.
3) It appears you're unaware that, in this case, the 5X rollover ONLY applies to the 20% bonus.Comment -

Exactly!!!!
Broke people don’t leave there money in a non betting period. Nor do they fund a book while waiting if broke!!
This deal is a wise move actualy for people NOT broke...Comment -

#81Hi, guys. Just a couple quick questions about Heritage's offer:
1. I've seen conflicting information as to whether -105 accounts will qualify for the 20% cash bonus. Anybody hear anything definite on this?
2. Do we have to do anything to be eligible for the Heritage bonus (like opting in at BOL/Sing)? It just seems a little out of character for a book so normally tight fisted on bonuses to suddenly give 20% cash to everybody, even folks who don't know the promo exists. Heh, or have I just become jaded?
Thanks VERY much!Comment -

2. As long as you don't make any withdrawals, I believe your bonus will be automatically added once major sports resume. If not, contact Heritage at that time to get it manually added.Comment -

Also, do we need to do anything to sign up / opt in for this program (like we do at BOL), or are we automatically in as long as we have a balance there?Comment -

#90Originally posted by DontTailMeI have. The problem is everyone is getting different answers (yes, -105 accounts are eligible / no, they aren't). That's very concerning considering that front line customer service reps don't always have accurate information. That's why I was hoping someone from Heritage management could weigh in with a definitive answer.

#95Originally posted by DontTailMeYes, that is obvious. I was hoping to get an answer for the entire community since there is conflicting information on this board, which is less than ideal. I could just take worry about myself and never post here, but that's not what we're about, is it?
Would be nice if an official post was posted.
However this being said . Nowhere on the site under promo and rules does it say -105 not eligible. Therefore would be hard to justify not allowing those people.Comment -

FWIW, I contacted them again and got a different answer this time:
* My -105 account is eligible.
* Unlike BOL, the 20% applies to whatever your available balance is at the time bonus is achieved, not whatever your highest available balance is during the entire period.
* Like BOL, 5X rollover only applies to 20% bonus amount.Comment -

#97Originally posted by DontTailMeUnfortunately, this is true of many promos Heritage runs, yet they exclude -105 accounts anyways. They treat it like of a blanket policy of theirs which is added onto whatever the individual promo rules happen to state. A recent example of this is their NCAA get out at halftime wagers. So It's not as crystal clear as you would think.

Regarding BOL and their max $5000 bonus, does it apply to Low Vig as well because I'm getting the same offer there--and they NEVER offer bonuses. I sent LV an email today and I'm waiting for a response about eligibility. If they do honor it, can you get a 5k bonus at both places or is 5k the max for the entire family of BOL books?Comment -

Not sure. Low vig baseball is -110 so no real benefit there over heritage or BOL.

#102Originally posted by DontTailMeThe offer and sign up pages are on the LowVig site, and the terms (incl. $5,000) are the same, so... Like with Heritage and -105 accounts, it makes sense that this promotion would be treated differently. They're trying to incentivize customers not leaving them during a tough time. I took screenshots of the offer, my sign up, and confirmation just to be safe.Comment -

#104Originally posted by HedgeHogRegarding BOL and LV, you need to enter your email to opt in. I did this first at BOL. I then went to LV and did the same. At LV I received a message that I was already registered, yet it was my first attempt to opt in at the LV site. So am I registered at both sites, or is the response I'm getting pertaining to my BOL registration? No idea, and CS has been no help thus far. If there's no bonus, I would rather withdraw my LV balance for now--and possibly send it to BOL for a bigger bonus there.Comment -
