I had withdrawn $3k in BTC on Mar 10, before the NBA shutdown, so I didn't know to use MGRAM. Any MGRAM only $450 max withdrawal now.

Okay, I didn't realize that a BTC payout counted as your one "free" withdrawal per month. That's weird since it's already free. Sorry man. I'd personally wait for a free one at those rates, but I guess it depends on how much confidence you have in the BetPhoenix family making it through these times.

Because they have different tiers of fees based on how much you are withdrawing.

It's so lame they can only do $450 MAX per MGRAM. I checked with MGRAM and they can do up to $10k per transfer too.

It's been around that max for P2P withdraws at every book for many years now.

They know how it works and are doing the maximum sustainable amount possible via that system.

Unable for Canada unfortunately. My only option is MGram. In the past, I used to deposit and withdraw via BTC, but they removed BTC option.

I do believe that they will add BTC back, but it will be a long time from now. They're obviously trying to make it more difficult and/or costly to withdraw, just as all books are with their new weekly limits and such.

I received MGRAM today for $450 max, paid $45 fee. It took 3 days.

At this rate I'm gonna lose $400~500 in fees.

Yeah I find it extremely hard to believe they can't send to Canada. The process is exactly the same as sending to the USA.

Still there for me, both when logged in and out. If it doesn't appear for you, try logging out. It always appears for me when I'm logged out.

I called BetPhoenix multiple times. They make excuse they cannot pay bitcoin and I have reached my max MGRAM payout. I've only withdrawn twice in last 1 month. I'm optimistic.

I tried emailing SBR a couple times for help, but no response. I even filled out their SBR form a couple weeks ago, no response.

Received BTC $3k from BetPhoenix on April 13. I requested this withdrawal several times since mid-March,but they keep making excuses bitcoin was not available, but FINALLY I spoke to a Payments Rep on April 8 and she submitted my $3k request ...

I couldn't keep paying for tiny amounts (max $450 only) via MGram which cost $45 fee(!), and they told me I had reached my limit (already done twice in March for MGram)

Submitted a cashout today... was told the following:

Chris: "Sir I am afraid that at ths time BTC payouts are not being processed ."
Me: "why is that"
Chris: "We do understand your concern but at this time due to the virus VTC has affected this PO option."
Chris "I am sorry BTC= Bitcoin."
Chris "The processors that we use to send the BTC payouts."
Chris "Those are very limited at this time . "

Me: "so, what are my options?"
Chris: "In this case **, or you could also request a ***********."
Chris: "** is limited to $450.00."
Chris: "And Moneyorders you could do up to $2,000.00. up to $4,000.00 in increments of $500.00.

Chris: "Fees will be deducted from your balance sir."
Me: "what fees?"
Me: "i understood that there was one free withdrawal per month"
Chris: "$45.00 for ** and for the *********** it will be $50.00"
Chris: "I am sorry at this time those will be the fees for your request."

...so...no more free withdrawals each month...

Yep. Both my 2x M-GRAM withdrawals was charged a $45 fee, lol.

But I was thankful to get the $3k BTC withdrawal. I bugged them 3 or 4 times a week, so persistence does pay off. I also spoke to someone in PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT. I suggest you do the same.
