Where are you based? I'm based in UK. Tried contacting them to ask what the criteria are but noone seems to give the exact answer - is the eligibility based on turnover, profit/loss or something else. Some of my friends that have bet less than I have already became eligible meanwhile I'm still not eligible. So was wondering if someone has any insight.

As the card allows you instant withdrawals maybe it depends on the method of deposit or the level of your identification.

I do not think it relies on turnover or withdraw history. Not down here anyway. Hopefully a UK user will know for you.
