    Betcris Skrill verification incompetence
    Hi,

    I made a withdrawal request yesterday and was asked to send a screenshot of my Skrill account details to verify it's my account - standard procedure. However, they have now rejected three different screenshots: first with the excuse that the picture is not legible, the 2nd and 3rd time without any reason. Each time I have contacted CS and have been asked to resend. Now, there is nothing wrong with the screenshots, the quality is good and the file format acceptable. Betcris is a somewhat reputable bookie so most likely it's not a scamming attempt, but that they're short on cash. Thus, friendly notice: you would probably be wise to withdraw your money immediately. The corona virus situation obviously decreases sportbook action a ton, and their casino traffic is relatively poor so they might be in a pretty bad situation.

    This is just a friendly heads up, I'll update the thread if I receive my withdrawal.

    you are probably right... but would have been good to know some more details about your withdrawal....like the amount and is this your first time skrill withdrawal req.?

      I've had the same issue with them in the past (in non-Corona times) and while annoying, I just kept uploading and eventually they accepted the document.

        Update:

        1.5 weeks later still no money, this is what's happened.

        I was asked to upload all kinds of uploads, an ID selfie etc. I did all that and the documents were approved. I tried withdrawing again, but it was declined.

        Today on the 22nd of March I contacted CS again and they requested the same (!) document again. After my protests, I made the CS rep confirm that they indeed have received my document this time so they can't use it as an excuse going forward. I noticed the max withdrawal has shrunk to a tiny ~2.3k € through Skrill which is obviously a bad sign.

        I filed a complaint through MGA, not that it'll do much if they're broke but taking legal action vs a company licensed by them is much easier than say a Curacao license holder. Goes without saying that if anyone has any money on BetCris they should try to w/d it immediately. If there's any positive it's that I have less than 5k there so from that point of view this isn't a big deal, it's more of a principle thing and I like to fight these things to the end.
