21betshop - anybody have problem with it?

I have problem with withdrawl in 21betshop. I request withdrawl at 22 March to my Skrill wallet (I deposit with this wallet).

After 3 days I get e-mail letter from 21 betshop:

"Dear ****,

We have tried to pay your withdrawal and unfortunately we are unable to proceed with the withdrawal due to the payment provider not allowing the transaction to go through.

We would like to try and process your withdrawal via an e-wallet service such as ecoPayz or Neteller. In order for us to do so, please provide your ecoPayz account number or Neteller email.

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. "

I don't have Neteller or ecoPayz wallet. I use my Skrill wallet for different bookmakers and there are no problems with withdrawls to it.
Chat support don't solve my problem. Only repeat "create Neteller or ecoPayz wallet".
I can create this wallet, but I don't like to withdrawl on it. I don't use it. I prefer Skrill. I deposit from Skrill and I'd like to withdrawl to Skrill.

Also I have Qiwi wallet and I offer 21betshop to withdrawl on it but they refuse it. I'm very disappointed with such service!
