Wagerweb delaying payouts

Wagerweb said I can only request two btc payouts within a 30 day period. I requested one on 2/3 and mid Feb last month so I should be able to start requesting a payout again starting 3/3. Well they denied my request this morning and said the date I can start making another request is 3/6....


How the fuuuck does that make sense???

This rule is specifically for players that aren't depositing via bitcoin, or else you'd be able to withdraw $10,000 in bitcoin every 7 days. I think you're counting based on a calendar month vs days, remember February was a short month. We understand you're able to immediately request another payment method if you'd rather not wait.

Regardless of the short month if they just counted 30 days from my first payout, I'm already pass the 30 days.

From google:
Your starting date is February 2, 2020 so that means that 30 days later would be March 3, 2020.


The rule you just posted doesn't even apply to my situation so not sure why you would even bring it up.
