Hello wanna report a bad behavior
last week i register at 5plusbet and deposit 100€ after received also 100 of bonus i satrt to make some bets that in result after rollover completed my balance was arround 1100€ . I ve send at registration my docs and account was verified .
surprise its that they remove all my winnings saying: we inform you that as a result of checking the bets, it was found that during the wagering of the “Sports bonus for first deposit” bonus, an error was discovered, as a result of which 1111.84 € was received, which should have been reset to 100 €.
Interesting is that one day before i contact live chat asking of rollover was completed and operator told me yes and i was avaiable to withdraw..
Just writing my experience people please do not put money in this bookie
