    justbet.co down?
    Hello everybody,

I can't access justbet.co for weeks now. Tried from three different browsers, and my phone. It says:

"Error 522 Connection timed out" (screenshot)

Tried to contact them on their emails, but no one answers.

Are they really gone? Do you guys have any info? They are one of the sponsored sportsbooks on the SBR Store page.

I have my funds there, together with the SBR betpoints bonus cash, which I can probably kiss goodbye now...

    Please help! Any advice?

    Site is working for me.

And there has been no other reports of issues posted.

I would try the good old clear temp files and cookies.

I tried that now, but nothing. Also tried opening their site from other PCs and devices too (where hasn't been opened before = no cookies). So this is definitely not the issue.

I think I found the problem. If you can open it, and if there are no reports of this issue yet, it means they restricted access for visitors from my country (Macedonia). To confirm that conclusion, I opened www.justbet.co through different country IP address (tried from USA, UK, Netherlands IPs), and it loaded the website without any problem.

If this is their decision, ok, but shouldn't they let me know and return my funds? It's been almost a month now. They don't answer on their contact emails (cos@justbet.co and cs@justbet.cx), I don't know what to do...

Lets say tomorrow they decide to block users from another country (UK for example), and steal their funds too? It's just not right.

        Yes they should.

Maybe it is an email delivery issue?

Send in a sportsbook complaint form with your account details and SBR can ask them for you.

It is not a mail delivery issue if these are their correct contact emails, there shouldn't be a problem (mine is gmail). I even got an automatic reply for my ticket number, confirming that they received my inquiry and that they will answer in 24-48 hours. Almost two months now, there is still no response from them. They don't reply at all.

I also submitted a complaint through the SBR form on 03.03.2020. Am I going to be notified if there is any development?

A week ago I was briefly able to open their website (once, from hundreds of unsuccessful tries) and log in from a phone. My account is still active and the funds are still there. I can't cash them out though, because I have this bonus cash from SBR (rollover requirements). Funny thing, I still receive promotional emails with offers from them (last one is from couple of days ago), but I can't even open the website.

From explanation in the screenshot (when justbet.co fails to load), the problem is not my browser or the connection, but the host server.

The newest discovery from today is that some of my friends can actually open the website, and some can not. All my unsuccessful tries were from many different devices but from the same three IP addressees I used to log in all the time. So they might have not blocked whole country, but visitors form some internet providers or IPs, don't know. I'm trying to find out more.
