Maybe it was a bad breakup and now they're trying to steal clients. HRWager was the one from the "group" of Betmania/Sky/Phoenix that I never played into.

We have to be extra careful with more regulated/legal books coming into more states. These smaller books may go rouge so it's important to be active on here and report any and all problems.

Incidentally when I spoke with HR Wager prior to SB asking what happened to few guys I dealt with before? I was told they had to cut a lot and that guy said he hopes he would still be there after the SB.

LOL, Bet phoenix group shouldn't talk bad about anyone. Used one of their books a while back. One week into a 40k rollover they cut my limits from $500 to $100. Had to finish about 30k in rollover at $100 a bet and that wasn't the worst. Once I finished my rollover it took me two months to get my entire balance. They spent one month "reviewing" my betting history which was ridiculous. I only bet straight pre-match baseball, NBA, NFL and NHL. Realistically, it probably took them 2-3 days to review my betting history. Once they finished their so called "review" they took a month to pay out the entire balance. Needless to say I would never go back there and to top it off they still text, call and email me to try and get me to deposit. Real clown show over there.

This makes a lot of sense. It wasn't a coincidence that BetPhoenix suddenly changed its tune right after HRWager wend live with a new software platform.

It’s sad that someone would come at us like that. They tried to slender my name at gambling911 yesterday and it was taken down when the facts were presented to them .

When they were hacked because of the incompetence of their IT dept- they had a server backup but the access was located at the same server, we lost thousands of dollars and we had to take many clients at their word to pay them whatever they said they had because the data for 2 weeks was wiped out and we never recovered that information. We stood by them because it was a time when I felt that I needed to be loyal but I paid thousands of dollars for marketing and advertising and I never saw a result therefore I decided that we needed to go in a different direction so that we could find someone with the expertise and know how to take us to the next level with the challenges to lie upon us in the changing landscape of the gaming industry.

Having said that I would like to thank the Bp group for all the help and support that they gave us throughout these years and I wish them nothing but the best.

I got the same text and call, really is a ridiculous and shitty move by BetPhoenix. If the accusation is not true, it's a petty, childish and ineffective way to win customers. If it is true, BP is probably guilty by association and just as bad - if worse - than HR and also shouldn't be trusted. Hard pass on BetPhoenix moving forward. HR is at least taking the high road here and their story makes some sense, let's hope they vindicate themselves with fast payouts and less front end and database issues on the new platform.

I spoke to him yesterday he told me I’d have a tracking today and even without calling in and asking, this morning he got me the details I needed to know my MO will be arriving very soon.

Aortega was a regular poster backing up 1vice when they nearly went under. His posts often back up these low rated, bonus shops. Never see him contributing to content in any other section of the forum.

I have strong belief he is affiliated with 1vice, Americabookie, etc. I would be careful with his reviews of HRWager and C rated book family.

As Optional said, best to avoid all books imo for several months. If a book goes under, this off-season period is where money troubles pop up usually.
