Today I noticed that my limits were cut in half. Am I screwed or is there a way to get them back to normal?

no, no chance, long term. Some agents start with full limits to try to make some money with potential losing players, but once you start winning, they are reduced to half everywhere.

Yeah, as the other guy said, everybody is going to do this. They're basically offering the full limits as a sort of promo - if you look to be a longterm winner it's gone.
