Whats their other site again for when this issue happens? Just tried to search previous threads and couldnt find it

The software runs on a safari browser and that is it? Have they ever told anybody the truth on what the problem is?

How can a book so big not be able to fix their software? Everybody says it is widespread and the software works for nobody?
