People have been reporting how fast BOL been paying out BTC in minutes. Did you guys have to wait the 48 hour approval period before the pay out or was it minutes right after you put in the BTC pay out request?

Nope. My last few payouts all took under an hour. With one of them being 5 minutes to receive the BTC into my wallet. A+ stuff by them.

I believe it's per calendar month but not sure. I'd contact them and ask.

I did not get that code. Waiting on my Friday promo Betonline and Sportsbetting emails.

Sportsbetting did something cool last week where if you opted in by email and placed $50 in bets on the football games you got freeplay of $5/sack up to $100 for all 4 games total sacks. I had a $100 in my account yesterday from that.

They send out a mailer/card that you scratch off and get codes.

A friend had same problem but chat corrected it for him.

If you didn't get the mailer they will tell you it's for inactive accounts.

BOL is SUPERLIV. I guess SB is SUPER54. I have no idea if 54SUPER would work for BOL.
None have worked for me. They say my accts are not active and that it's "invitation only".

For those of you who had it credited automatically... how many days was your account dormant?
