As a small time player who rarely posts...I just want to compliment Heritage Sports.They announced a FREE Squares Contest for the LSU-Clemson Final Championship game last month for existing customers,and I subsequently signed up

After looking at the FINAL scores today ,I realized that I hit the halftime box and checked my account.The fact that a Heritage rep. actually reached out to me to explain the rules was beyond professional .The C/S rep also confirmed future betting regarding the 1x rollover and was so helpful.Having a 1x rollerover is awesome in this scummy game

Hopefully OTHER Books can learn from this

When you go to make a NEW bet.....there's a Box in the upper corner you check to apply your bet against your Freeplay/Real Balance

I saw that today, I was thinking what is the point if it’s not in game but I guess I could still be useful in some cases.

Heritage customer service is top notch. They reached out to me one time regarding BTC payment once, informing me they accidentally only paid part of the pay out and the rest will be paid soon. Not many books will do that. Heritage is #1 in my books.
