Lost over $10k this weekend so I reach out to BookMaker and ask about a possible free play.. please read following conversation. Was given a $1500 free play and then it was removed. The $30,000 rollover is still on my account.

15% rebate for one weekend would have been pretty sweet. It's wrong that they told you that you would be getting $1,500 in Free play before double checking with the supervisor. They'll obviously remove the rollover without issue. Do you ask for free bets every time you lose with them? I will say, you sounded much more pleasant dealing with them this time.

Did they give you a bonus on the initial deposit? That sounds like what may have happened. I’ve lost a deposit waiting for a deposit bonus to be credited by the “VIP” department, regular support could only credit the standard 15% and not the 100% FP the vip department promised. Took a few days but they did credit the promised bonus even though deposit was lost.

Just got off the phone with Carlos, the supervisor on call, and was told that I was speaking with a new customer service rep. He was speaking with another customer, at the same time, who lost over $100k this week, and he credited the guy a $1500 free play and put it in the wrong account. I personally think that’s an excuse, what are the odds two people reach out at the same time to ask about a free play and the guy accidentally giving a free play to the wrong account.
He did give me a $100 free play which I appreciate. Would love the chance to talk with someone higher up and get an apology.
