Their website had this promo that after Christmas you may request 5% sports rebate on 2019 losses with a freeplay (5x r/o) that will be credited today, Jan 3. Checking if anyone receive it and if so where do you see the freeplay amount?

I'm hoping for big bonus, but of course that would would mean I lost a lot last year.

Really lame terms on it. I went to claim in live chat and they said I didn't deposit in December. Turns out my last deposit was November 29th which means I wasn't eligible.

You had to request the rebate during a certain time period. If you didn't request or didn't deposit in November then you get no rebate.

So stupid, just talked to CS and even though I had losses I don't qualify because I have a make-up of $1,800 for previous withdrawals.

Yeah pretty disappointing. Another reason why I like YW so much. One year I lost $15k there and got $3750 in free play bonus back for loss rebate.

It's legit if you qualified their ridiculous restrictions. Basically, you have to lose all the time, forget about withdrawing, made a $100 deposit in December, and request rebate from 12/25 to 12/31/19. It made no sense to even have the promo.

on looslines i am set up for a monthly loss rebate...i dont use the account much for sports only horses which has its own daily rebate but I see a freeplay credit on occasion like last month a whopping 12.70. Ask CS or email one of the guys
