With all due respect, are people really supposed to believe that you guys wanted to play heads up for fun while playing 2/5 NL against eachother? I'll give you a pass on the chip dumping because chances are you wouldn't get the money out of her account either if something was up but you could have gone literally anywhere to play heads up for free against each other or for pennies but instead you chose the option that would cost you both about $35 in rake every 100 hands. If you were not doing something suspicious you were still very dumb to do that and pay high rake to play against one another for fun while going against TOS having a second account.
While you wanted to play against each other you were still sitting in games that other players could join. I'm sure on at least one occasion someone joined the game and you then had two of the three hands at the table and therefore you were colluding against that player. Whether your intentions were good or not, you broke the TOS and were colluding against other player(s).
I'd love to comment and give you good news to avoid further anxiety or stress for you but the fact of the matter is, you broke the rules.Comment
