No it only hurts you. Their fast payouts and the size of the bets you can make is what makes them worth it. There’s no amount of money there that they are worried about which is nice. Also no limiting.

They have personal "VIP CS reps" for users on the top rewards tier.

That's the VIP thing the CS person was talking about.

If there was a super level above that, I am pretty sure someone on here would have been boasting about being in it

Even though Justbet and Bookmaker are the same thing JustBet makes it easier to be VIP level. Maybe something for OP to consider if he's allowed an account there instead?

Made me feel better about asking for "free stuff"!!! Some books are better than others when it comes to BONUSES, rollover requirements, etc.

The BEST ever was SOS(caribsports.bz) who always gave players birthday presents in the form of free squares on block board, "bonus money", etc.

The absolute BEST thing they ever did was about 14-15 years ago when they sent a dozen long-stemmed Roses to your significant other. All we did was provide address where it was to be delivered on Valentine's Day!!! My girl loved it and for awhile thought I had bought them!!! I did pay for em......just not directly!!! I miss the good ole days with Deighton, Barbara, Julio and the crew. Back then they MADE time to make customers feel important.

1 other thing they did during baseball season was a Sunday night baseball contest. Guess the correct # of hits, runs, errors & win tickets to a Boston Red Sox game. If the game didn't excite you there was a monetary reward if you didn't want the tix!!!

Sounds crazy now but I'm sure if anyone here played there my post can be confirmed!!!

Nitrogen and BOL have contests like that. I saw one guy hit 10K cash on BOL pick score contest just last few weeks or so...
Bookmaker I rarely use since juice is so bad BUT they did send me a free $100 earlier this year just for doing a survey. Good trustworthy book for USA sports

Guess you didn’t read my post saying it’s nothing about the $100 free play. Far from broke buddy.. it’s about customer service and taking care of your customers which Bookmaker comes no where close to doing.

If this thread is simply to highlight how bad Bookmakers customer service is I would have to agree with you. Apparently I’m not allowed at bookmaker because I have a justbet account that transferred from the old bet badlands. I’ve emailed them numerous times because I would prefer the bookmaker account with the automatic BTC reload bonus. Never do I get a return email. However, the “VIP” department at justbet emails me once a week offering 200% and 300% bonuses that after I deposit I can’t get the bonus credited. Regular support at justbet, which is bookmakers support, says they can’t credit the vip promos, I have to contact the VIP host. When I finally reach the VIP host, which can take days, they say I’m not eligible for the casino portion of the match but they can do a 100% FP. I tell them I have the email but to no avail they will not honor the bonus. So yes I completely agree with you, bookmakers customers service is shit. I’ve never asked them for anything for free, just to honor what they sent me considering I had already deposited. One positive thing I can say is that bookmaker pays and they pay fast.

My advice would be to consider 5Dimes and choose the cash back reward, 5Dimes does not give freebies either, but if you choose this reward you’ll get 20% of your losses back twice a year if you time it right. 5Dimes customer service always replies quickly no matter when I email them. Even when my reply is to thank them, they reply to that. Nowadays, very few bookies give freebies, which I think is shooting themselves in the foot because when I used to get a no deposit bonus I was more likely to deposit down the road. Similar to what heritage did with the Christmas scratcher, it wasn’t much but the fact that they were the only book that gave me something this year, I’ll remember that.

Anyone not asking for extra perks/freeplay/bonus wagering at that level is the one that can not be real...And this goes for anything in life you use frequently you should always try to get something like a better cell phone cable rate, lower credit card %, free food at favorite restaurants or bars, ect ect....No Business gambling LOL that is laughable...What is gambling like a church group or something LOL

i think you were fair in asking for something. you want to be comp'd to stay. i do not blame you. i feel the same at certain casinos i go to. could you have been nicer? sure. but i get you were frustrated and things happen.

i would stop playing there. 5 dimes is a solid recommendation and i even recommend wager web. you get 1% back on your bets on the win amount as a freeplay every monday regardless and no need for status and levels, etc. just my recommendation.

Bookmaker took me off of betpoints and bonuses the first week. Their niche is payouts other than that there arent any perks to see. Maybe youre into too much in game or something at 116k. Heritage will give you reduced juice and cash back, and keep you soothed on all your exotics. Nitro you can use for straight wagers and cash out any hour and play free squares daily. Now you have bookmakers lines sandwiched and usually a better number for either side youre looking for.
