Youwager not counting casino play towards rollover

I took a bonus at youwager back on 12/9. I've been keeping track of my rollover progress, and when I contact their customer service to compare what they have to my records, it appears they aren't counting my casino action. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there somewhere I can open a complaint? I tried talking to customer service about it and they just ended the chat.

Their customer service chat told me it does. Every $12 spent counts as $1 towards rollover. I can screen shot the chat log if you really want...but it's possible their customer service was wrong and they're not counting it.

I'm talking about where it says so in the written rule page on the website.

Maybe you can talk to a supervisor and show the chat log and get them to honor what you were told by the chat rep.

Definitely not. Casino play would only count towards casino bonus rollover and not regular/sports rollover. Also, it would probably be $40 spent per $1 of rollover at the most. Casino bonuses are usually 40-100x the bonus amount to clear it at slots and can be even more if your're playing table games.

Shev, you're 90% more likely to get a correct answer about a book's terms HERE than from their customer service. Not many books where CS know a thing about their operation. Casino wagering hardly ever counts towards sports roll.

This makes sense to me. Casino play only counts towards casino bonus and not sports bonus.

I'm just going to play through it in sports and not worry about this anymore. I'd much rather be using 5Dimes and that's why I want to work through the rollover requirements as quick as possible, but in reality it should only take me maybe a month or even less to complete.
