    Cashpoint Scam!
    Hello all!

    I am scammed by www.cashpoint.com bookie.
    I deposited 1600e and built my balance to 2199e. Requested withdrawal and then they requested additional verification ( my account was verified in shop before). Sent them all documents and they closed my account stating:

    Dear Customer!

    With regrets we have to inform you, that we had to close your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.

    Your deposits (in total 1.600 Euro) will be returned to your Neteller account.

    If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

    Your Support Team



    I got my deposit back and after that they stopped responding!
    I must note that I played normal , nothing was suspicious!
    Be aware of this scammers.

      Lodge a complaint with the MGA here: https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

      Ask MGA who are Cashpoint's alternative dispute resolution service and lodge a complaint with them too.

      You might also try emailing sportwetten.de and asking why Cashpoint treat you this way.

      The EU Commission offers an ADR service too. Can't hurt to ask them if there is anything specific that can be done form your country: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/

          Just FYI: Sportwetten.de has a new owner and is not linked to Cashpoint anymore. New owner and BetConstruct software. Not very surprisingly, they already voided my bets end closed my account

          BetConstruct is such a freakin scam, unbelievable...

          (it's worth mentioning I did not have one single issue with the old platform)

              Which match did you bet? CP is actually serous and well known in Austria.

                      sorry for that...not surprised because it was a betconstruct bookie...i think i rmember actually your thread about this voided bets, it was alot of bets :/

                          had 4400 this morning in my sportwetten.de account, and put 1000 wd...logged in later, balance -830 cause double bet which was won has changed to unsettled..

                          After an hour stake from it was returned with explanation they wait info from bookmaker..joke from bc
