You will have this same problem with every bookmaker.
What did you do for Bet365?
Hopefully they will accept your bill and be able to translate the address themselves.
I'd just submit it and they will let you know if they need a translation or something else.

Submit the arabic. See what happens. If they take it, they take it. If they don't they won't and you'll go from there. No one here is going to have that answer.

Bet365 is the best in this field for verification
they took my National Id Card (arabic) and sent me a letter by royal mail (KYC) to verify my address...
usually other bookmakers accept the bank statement!
