Betonline negative account balance?

I ended up with a negative balance once because someone screwed up and credited my deposit twice and I had placed enough losing wagers that it dipped in to the second deposit. I thought it was pretty impressive to end up with a negative balance at a post up only sports book. If you deposited using a CC it could’ve been declined late or charged back. Don’t really know just throwing stuff out there.

maybe the method of deposit ended up not clearing for some reason after a certain timeline was reached?

I thought that might be possible, but i re-upped like a month ago. And i already got my latest CC statement and paid it. I also noticed the $3000 rollover I had, i was close to hitting it, i think after late last night i was at 2900 something. And now it doesn't show anything.
All i have are some pending wagers i made wed and thur for football this weekend.
But the reg acct balance is negative. I'm confused. And i can't get help because i won't give the dude everything short of a mailing a DNA swab. And apparently when i made the acct there must been one hose security questions, or maybe a selection to choose from, and i have totally forgot mine.
Sucks they don't give any option to be able update your profile and change stuff.
I might just have to start riding across the bridge and start betting. But i don't wont deal with traffic and the toll. Plus i generally don't have all my plays picked out at same time.

Chat was no help. Dude wanted my dob/ss/address/tele I was like, my name and email and addy are in my profile, but i aint giving my dob and ss. At first he asked for my fav hobby. I set the account up so long ago i have no idea what i put down. And of course there is nothing in my profile or a way to edit my profile in any way. It like whatever i put down years ago is set in stone and now there is no way to update the info or any recovery words.

That's what security questions are for, to keep your account secure.

If you (or someone else) could just come along and change them, they would not provide security.

You have obviously given them the info before already, just confirm it and get your problem solved I think?

You could also try emailing and asking.

It wlll either be an error with a deposit or a wager re-grade to a loss. But if CS can't help it is likely the a deposit error, as they would know about re-grades.

Probably a dumb question but did you check the Transactions page? Not pending or graded bets, but "Transactions"? There should be an entry there for every financial event.

When asked favorite hobby you should of said chasing steam.....ive had negative balance before due to miss or re grades esp if you do horses it happens frequently

You still can't figure it out based on your transaction history?
Try e-mailing them if you don't have your security question. Also, I've never heard of them ever asking for your social security #. You'll probably have to verify this stuff eventually anyways if you plan on taking a payout.

Why do you think people in this forum will be able to answer this when you can't even with access to your account? It could be you bet with funds that you shouldn't have had because of a misgraded wager, or they paid you out more than they should have by accident.

But generally my advice is if you have a question for the book that... you ask the book.
