Hello SBR staff,I'm really hoping that you can assist me with this. I'm a faithful member of the LoBag family and have been for years. Yesterday (12/16) I made a live bet on Portland (NBA) when Portland was losing by 2 points with under a minute to play vs PHX at odds around +165 ($177 to win $299). These were fair, correct odds at the time of the bet, though when I contacted wagering tonight they told me the bet was voided due to a "bad line". This is totally incorrect, and my account should be credited for the graded bet of WIN. There is no way that this bet should be voided, as the line was correct and bet was made prior to action.

Then, I called and BM told me that this wager had been reviewed and would be credited as a WIN and $299 would be credited. It was not, so I called back and then was told a different story which was that the wager was "past-post". I was watching the game live (not on delay), and the wager was clearly taken prior to action being taken. On top of the wagering department not honoring the bet, and refusing to provide any explanation or proof - they were also rude, dismissive and downright hostile. There is no way that Bookmaker should have an A+ rating on SBR when it this is occurring.

They are not going to just cancel to save $299 so someone in there must have genuinely thought it was a past post.

What was the "action being taken" you refer to? And how close to it was the bet accepted? Are we talking seconds?

BM is the top book out there along with Heritage. If this is truly an issue on their end and you feel cheated then withdrawal all your money and play elsewhere.

I am basketball bettor and Bookmaker is my main bookmaker. They never offer any last-minute bets unless there is a time out in the game and it rarely happens. Regardless of whether the price was the right one they were most likely to open the market by mistake. Be assured that the bet would be canceled even if it was lost.

BM has always been good to me. If you had a copy of the bet and it should have been graded, I am sure they would fix it.

Same here. I've done A LOT of live betting basketball on BM and pretty sure you can't place any live bets within the last minute maybe even 2 minutes.

yes u can place bets then it all depends on the score and whether its a very close game like his was. Ive placed many live nba bets with well under .20 before @ bm, if the game is tied and there is a timeout they will open live wagers
