The Bovada Run Around

Back on 12/4 I bet on Hyeon Chung on a tennis bet to discover Hyeon wasn't playing in the match Hong Chung was a lot lesser ranked player. Bovada has emailed me back saying they have confirmed Hyeon played in the match (he didn't) what now it's been 10 days of getting the run around any help???

It should be really easy to prove your case. I think the last time Hyeon Chung played was at the Erste Bank Open in October. He may have played some exhibition matches since then though.

I'd fill out this complaint form if Bovada isn't helping you despite the ample evidence.

Not saying your are not correct and it may have said Hyeon but I have made that mistake once. I thought I was betting on Hyeon when it was really Hong. Cost me a few bucks.

So long as you contacted them before the match, they should have cancelled it for you because it was their error. After the match, there is little you can do as it is pretty clear the side that you chose. No freerolls.
