Bill passed through Congress and on to the Governor's desk tonite for approval. From what I've heard from some insiders, the Governor may veto because State wants bigger cut. We shall see. If she signs off on it, then it will be up pretty quickly because we have the big 3 Detroit casinos, etc. I would think by NFL playoffs at the latest. Cross your fingers.
