Anyone have trouble getting paid from GTbets
Well I deposited $50 with my Credit Card Sat Dec 7th and won pretty good over the weekend. Enough to pocket $550 and still punched through my rollover using the casino. So I tried to do a Bitcoin withdrawal Sunday Dec the 8th and the next day I get a email saying I can't do a bit coin withdraw, I have to send a copy of utilities, driver license, and credit card, and sign electronically credit card authorization form that is nowhere on the website and has to be sent to you. (Why not send it with that email saying I needed it 😂😂 )
Keep in mind all this is for my protection after they took my money.
So I take pictures, upload them and type out the email and the email address I am supposed to send all this stuff doesn't work. A link they provided.
Is this normal? Usually I just use bit coin but it was more convenient at the time to use credit card and not used to having this much trouble to get paid.

It is posted that they need that information before payout, shouldn't it be needed before accepting my payment since it's for my protection. Also I think it is crazy they won't pay out in bit coin and want to charge me to use other forms.
Also the website to send the information is not valid and why not just send the electronic release form with the first email saying I needed it.
I think I will stick to my normal places after this.

************ can be charged back, bitcoin cannot. A lot of books will require a 30 day hold after a credit card deposit to make sure it clears. Depositing with a credit card and requesting a bitcoin withdrawal the next day isn’t going to fly at any book I know of. And the reason they don’t care about verification before you deposit is because they don’t need to. If they lengthen the identification and withdrawal process and make it as painful as possible there is a greater likelihood you will lose your withdrawal amount or at least dip below it so they can cancel it. They’ll pay you out but they're in no hurry to do it.

I believe they don’t let you do a bitcoin withdrawl if you only deposited with a credit card. That is pretty standard as well.

Never use a crdt card to deposit. They will make it so difficult to cash out.

This isn't "having trouble getting paid," this is standard procedure when you use a CC to deposit.

Send the required info, you'll get paid
