I can't see what you see on your computer. But here is a general tip that works 95% of the time at online sportsbooks (and works at Cris sites from my experience)...

If you want to chat with someone but can't find a chat link, navigate to their "Cashier" or "Deposit" section, and you will usually find one. The last thing they want to do is let you leave because you had trouble depositing money.

Try to log in with your betcris user and password in bookmaker.eu.
It seems they closed accounts from restricted countries and transferred those to Bookmaker without any warning.
