I've never seen something like that before. They have been completely ignoring my emails and my AskGamblers complaint for more than 3 months. Yet they take care of every other customer that filed a complaint:

I asked the AG Support if they have seen something like that before and the live chat agent, Hope, said "I really can't say that I did. And I don't have an explanation for you, sorry about that I don't understand what could be the reason for not responding to you. But we don't have the possibility to make them to."
On Nov 4 the Casollo live chat agent Juliana told me that I will receive my money this week (German: "sie bekommen diese Woche das Geld" = "you will receive the money this week").

Last Thursday she told me that I will receive a call from the boss "today or tomorrow". Nobody called.
I have no idea what is going on with that book. I have sent 21 emails in the past 3 months but haven't received one reply.

Today they replied to a customer that they paid him. The customer had to wait 4 days until he received a reply and his money.

In the meantime the Casollo live chat agents stopped committing to anything. No more comments like "you will definitely receive your money" or "you will receive a call". All what they say is that they would forward my complaint to their boss but that's about it. Maybe they have been briefed by the boss that he will not pay out my funds, IDK.
